This hour long class is a teaser to Missy White’s 108 Asanas series. It was designed to warm up and strengthen the body to prepare you for the next level of your practice. This class is performed in a heated room and we will enjoy the sounds of some cool tunes as we practice and flow. Bikram lovers this is the class for you.

I have been in the US for 8 years (3 in Oregon and 5 in Tampa) and moved here from Kyoto Japan. I did Yoga for the first time 15 years ago in Japan and enjoyed it, but I started a family and had to stop for a while. When I moved here, I found Studio 108 and I met Missy and learned about Yoga's beauty. This year I became a certified 200 yoga teacher from Studio 108.
