This hour long class is a teaser to Missy White’s 108 Asanas series. It was designed to warm up and strengthen the body to prepare you for the next level of your practice. This class is performed in a heated room and we will enjoy the sounds of some cool tunes as we practice and flow. Bikram lovers this is the class for you.

Flow & Restore
Flow and restore is a 50/50 mix designed to get the body moving and then slow it down to focus on opening up. The first 30 minutes is Vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of slower and deeper movements intended to open up your body. All levels welcome. Non-Heated
Hot Power Flow
A vigorous session that focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you on and off the mat. This class is sure to energize your body, clear your mind, and put you in the spirit to face the rest of your day! (all)
Hot Yin Yoga
Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice that is designed to literally open the body, peeling away layers of tension, stress and injury that reside within. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation”.
Signature Funky Flow
This class is full of creative movement and funky transitions that will leave you feeling light and energized. In this playful class be prepared to wow yourself with all the opportunities to flow a new way and the best part is the super fun playlist to get you movin' and groovin'.
