The course is open to people who have earned their 200-hour yoga teacher training certification through a Yoga Alliance-Affiliated school. Upon completion of the training, you will receive your RYT 300 yoga teacher certification. We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance which is highly recognized internationally.

Understanding the value of teaching yoga as a service and being of service to others through yoga (seva)
A final project designed to help define yourself as a yoga teacher.
**Completion of the 200-Hour Teacher Training Program is a pre-requisite for enrollment in this 300 program.
6 months of prior yoga practice is required.

300 hour Teacher Training Cirriculum
Our curriculum is aimed at helping you get to the next step in your yoga teaching, improving your effectiveness, sharpening your teaching focus, and providing you with tools for adapting yoga across a range of student needs. Our program is based on three pillars of investigation and learning: exploring the yoga practice through the body (asana), mind (meditation) and heart (integration).
What You’ll Learn:
ASANA - POSTURE•
*Knowledge of basic asana• Yogic anatomy and philosophy• Alignment and avoiding Injuries• Medical Benefits• How to Read Bodies balance between body, mind and breath.
*The Five Categories of Asana: The trainee will practice and learn the key poses in each category of asana (forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and extensions) and will begin to develop a relationship to both the form and the function of these different categories.

About Missy White:
In 2004 after 15 years in the weight loss industry I left my corporate job and traveled to LA for an intensive
9 week Teacher Training course at Bikram's Yoga College of India. This was just the beginning of her journey, since then I have trained with several yoga teachers such as David Swenson, Shiva Rae, Cameron Shane, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong, Andre Lappa and many others. Missy currently teaches her signature Funky Flow Master classes, Arm Balancing, Inversion and Back bending workshops as well as the 108 Asanas workshop throughout the US and the UK.
