Funky Flow & Float

This workshop will break down transitions from one asana to another to help you find your float and 'funk up' your flow.
Missy will explain and demonstrate how you can achieve these transitions, offering guidance into even some more advanced postures.
So if you are wanting to work on jumping forward or back; floating from crow to chaturanga; transitioning from crow pose to tripod headstand or handstand and beyond...Missy is here to help you!
Point to point guidance and detailed instruction will give you the tools to build confidence and find your way to new levels of the practice.

Missy will guide you through her HOT 108 Asanas giving breakdowns throughout.
This workshop will help you take your practice further in a safe environment, under the guidance of Missy White, who created the 108 Asanas inspired by the lineage of Bishnu Gosh.
In addition, Missy will help you discover the benefits and contraindications of each pose, with a short guided meditation at the end.
This workshop is performed in a heated room...so bring towels and water and be prepared to sweat!

From the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh, this fun and energetic practice is for the intermediate to advanced student who is ready to dive into the depths of their mind, body and spirit! In this workshop we will ﬁrst learn the unique warm up series which will safely prepare the body for transitioning into new and more advanced postures.
Once the body is warm we glide through the entire series each posture preparing us for the next. Speciﬁc instructions will be given to help break down the more difﬁcult asanas, so no matter what style of yoga you currently practice I encourage you to come and explore with us on your yoga mat.
