Kim discovered yoga as much more than a fitness routine after giving birth to her first child in 2002. As a mother of 4, including twins, kim has proven yoga to allowing her to be a better, mom, wife, and person through improved physical health, mental health, and general stress relief.
With over a decade of yoga experience ranging from Power, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Hatha yoga, Kim became certified in Power Yoga from Philadelphia Power Yoga Works, Pre-Natal Yoga from Om Births in Boston and Thai Yoga Massage. A curious student of the practice of yoga, Kim is diligent to keep learning from her beloved mentors and students. Kim’s classes are accessible to all levels while offering a fun yet challenging experience with an emphasis on safe body alignment.
