I began my yoga journey back in 2010 when I was asked to attend my first hot yoga class. I wasn't sure what to expect, but knowing I wasn't a fan of the gym and wanting to implement a healthier lifestyle, I was willing to try anything new. Since that day I have been practicing and expanding my knowledge on anything yoga related, and it has become more of a lifestyle than a workout.
I have completed Missy White's 40hr Hot 108 Series in 2013 and my 200hr RYT in 2014. Now I'm looking forward to the next phase of my journey in sharing my passion with fellow yogis.
