Janet is a Fitness Professional that is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
As a formerly unhealthy and obese person, she has insider knowledge about what it takes to become (and
stay) successful on this “journey” called life. She specializes in promoting activities that create healthy
minds, bodies and spirits for a lifetime.
Janet has also become a Certified Yoga Instructor and has led classes with a Church, Youth Male Detention Center, Senior Center and the Women’s Domestic Violence Shelter to name a few.
Janet has found that although she loves training people, yoga has become her passion. Yoga can be done by anyone, from athletes to the disabled. And it helps people on so many levels, whether it be physically,
mentally or spiritually. Yoga meets you where you are and works with you at that place. Janet believes
that if you surrender to the practice of yoga, it will lead you to achieve balance in all facets of your life.
