A One-On-One Yoga Teacher Certification Program
Flexible mentor-ship program based on student's needs and experience
200 Hour One on One cost is $4500 (includes unlimited classes during training)
300 Hour One on One cost is $4900 (includes unlimited classes during training)
Same curriculum as the weekend/group certification program. (see below)
Perfect for those who need a flexible training schedule and interested in a slower paced training program.
Self-Discipline and motivation are requirements for this program. A tentative schedule will be agreed upon before the first training session.
Schedule is personalized to individual needs.
Sessions include one-on-one training with Missy to complete curriculum.
Homework, the discipline of a home practice and the online anatomy course) and
Participation in yoga classes required, 2 classes per week
Participation in current group teacher training sessions or workshops if available
Upon completion, you will receive a 200 or 300 Hour Teacher Training Certificate
and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.
Amazing things take time and effort. The program is scheduled to take on your flexible schedule. Showing up physically, remaining present mentally and emotionally, and being up for having fun are all essentials to complete the training.
